Day 1 (May 30): Departure from Las Vegas (or any other USA airport)

Day 2 (May 31): Arrival to Naples & Transfer to Sorrento

Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival to the airport, you have a private meet & greet for the transfer to your hotel in Sorrento.

After checking in you have the rest of the day at leisure to relax after the trip. Dinner is included

Day 3 (June 1): Amalfi Coast Tour: Amalfi & Positano
Meet your private guide and driver at the hotel lobby for a scenic 6-hour trip.

During this tour you stop at the Belvedere of Madonnina for a breathtaking view of Positano from above. Then you proceed to the old picturesque Positano center for a walking tour and to enjoy splendid views of the Amalfi Coast. You also visit Cathedral of Saint Andrew and adjacent to it Cloister of Paradise in Amalfi.

After the tour, you are transferred to the hotel in Sorrento. Dinner included

Day 4 (June 2): Trip to Ischia Island & Walking Tour
In the morning you walk to the port for a 1-hour ferry ride to Ischia Island.

Upon arrival, you are met at Ischia Porto by a private guide and have a sightseeing tour of Ischia town – the liveliest settlement on the island. You stroll through Ischia Porto to nearby Ischia Ponte and then to the famous Castello Aragonese.

You visit the castle and see the ruins of the 14th century Cattedrale dell’Assunta, the Chiesa dell’Immacolata, The Convent and Cemetery of the Poor Clares, the Church of San Pietro, and the small torture museum.

After the tour you walk back to Ischia Porto and return to Sorrento. Dinner is included

Day 5 (June 3): Flight to Sicily

Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and meet your private driver for the transfer to Naples’s airport.

Arrival in Catania & Sightseeing Tour
Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in.Today you meet your private guide and embark on a walking tour of the city which sits at the foot of Etna Mount, a highest and active volcano of Europe.

Together with your guide, you see most of the city highlights including Roman theatre, Catania Duomo and a whimsical Fontana dell’Elefante statue which is considered to be the symbol of the city.

After the tour, you may return to the hotel or continue an exploration of the city on your own.

Dinner is included.

Day 6 (June 4) Mount Etna Tour & Transfer to Taormina
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Catania.

Today we go on a road-trip to Sicily’s main attraction – Mount Etna, the highest volcano in Europe. Your driver takes you to an access point – the Rifugio Sapienza on the southern slope located 2,000 meters (6562 feet) above sea level.

On the way down you also visit a local winery and taste local Etna wine and light lunch.

After the tour we continue to Taormina.

Taormina

One of the most popular Sicily destinations, breathtaking Taormina enjoys an enviable location just at the foot of the majestic ancient Etna Volcano. Being a chic resort town washed by the warm waters of the Ionian Sea, Taormina has everything to make you feel and taste the Sicilian dolce vita! However, before you ultimately dive into the myriad of recreational opportunities that the town abounds in, don’t overlook the impressive number of Taormina sightseeing spots. Set foot in the Ancient Greek Theater, have a walk around Taormina’s main street, Corso Umberto, and immerse in the local history at the Palazzo Corvaia, housing the Museum of Folk Traditions. Plus, enjoy some breathtaking natural sceneries in and around Taormina. And apart from a must-do trip up to Etna, discover the allure of the petite gorgeous island, Isola Bella, by the Taormina shore. Or spice up your trip by going to the dramatic Gole Alcantara Botanical Park and getting astonished by the postcard-like views from the Monte Tauro. We really hope you have enough memory on your camera to capture it all!

Day 7 (June 5): Sightseeing of Taormina
In the morning meet your private local guide. Together you take off to see the highlights of Taormina. During the tour you stroll along the main street, Corso Umberto I, and visit the Greco-Roman Theater that has Etna as its backdrop.

After the tour you return to the hotel. You have rest of the day free to enjoy Taormina on your own, spend time on the beach or dine in one of the local restaurants overlooking the bay.

Day 8 (June 6): Departure to Agrigento via Piazza Armerina
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Taormina.

In about 2 hours after your departure from Taormina, you have a stop to see the hidden gem of Sicily near a town Piazza Armerina. Here you visit the famous Villa Romana del Casale a UNESCO Site especially noteworthy for the richness and quality of the mosaics.

Following a visit, you continue the trip to arrive in Agrigento.

Agrigento

A mere mention of captivating Agrigento inspires and summons the images of the warm Italian sea embracing the shores and colorful houses lining the winding Sicilian streets. However, Agrigento is not a simple resort with wonderful beaches, top-notch hotels, countless trattorias, and cozy bars, it’s more about the glorious ancient history incorporated in the exceptional natural surroundings. The main reason why people add Agrigento to their travel map is the desire to touch the living history, enshrined in the historic UNESCO-listed Valley of the Temples, one of the best examples of Doric-style Greek architecture. In case you prefer getting inspiration from nature, it is highly recommended to take a trip to the Scala dei Turchi cliffs, a spectacular natural formation with an unusual form of a white staircase. The charms of Agrigento are, indeed, catching, considering the fact that it is the oldest hub on the territory of Sicily which just can’t leave anyone indifferent!

Day 9 (June 7): Valley of the Temples & Scala dei Turchi Cliffs
Today after a delicious breakfast at the hotel you explore famous Agrigento sights and its surroundings in 4 hours.

Your exploration begins with a 2-hour guided tour of one of the two highlights of the city – the splendid Valley of the Temples. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site where you visit the near-intact Temple of Concord, the best-preserved temple in the World and one of the symbols of Sicily.

In the second part of the tour, you enjoy a trip with your private driver to the seaside to see the famous Scala dei Turchi Cliffs. The dazzling chalky white rocky cliff eroded conveniently into stairs rising 50 meters above sea level. This natural phenomenon so-called “Stairs of the Turks” allows for easy walking. Its gleaming color is eye-catching enough, but what makes it even more remarkable is that it looks like a staircase carved by man even though its shape is entirely natural. After the tour you return to your hotel and have the evening at leisure. Dinner is included

Day 10 (June 8): Realmonte Salt Mine & Transfer to Palermo 
Following breakfast at your hotel, you check out and depart from Agrigento.

Our first stop today – Realmonte Salt Mine. Sicily dresses in white and glitters, those reflected in the sun by the rock salt crystals extracted in the Realmonte salt mine. The same one that shapes the marvelous salt cathedral unique in the world of its kind.

In the rock salt mine, a salt is extracted for cooking with excellent properties recognized throughout the world. in addition to rock salt, kainite is also extracted here among its 25 kilometers of tunnels. The mine is also known for a particularity that makes it unique, inside it houses a cathedral but not a normal one, but a real Salt Cathedral.

After the tour we continue to Palermo.

Palermo

Flamboyant and full of contrasts, the main city of Sicily, inspiring Palermo is as if woven from diverse cultures and tempers. In fact, Palermo is a controversial mixture of Arabic mosques and Baroque churches, vibrant markets, and calm streets, which is so untypical for Italy yet alluring by its extravagance. Speaking of the best spots to start your Palermo exploration, discover the exceptional beauty of the Palermo Cathedral, proceeding to the former residence of the Sicilian kings, the 9th-century Norman Palace, and the historic Duomo di Monreale. Plus make sure to add on one of the largest opera theaters in Europe, Massimo Theater, a couple of Palermo museums, and the most ancient city market, La Vucciria, to get the real essence of the passionate sun-kissed Italian south. And, to top it all, don’t forget to treat yourself with an exceptional gastronomic experience, trying mouth-watering local specialties like cannoli and caponata.

Welcome to Palermo – the stunning capital of Sicily. Upon arrival, your driver transfers you to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip.

Day 11 (June 9): Palermo City Tour
After breakfast, you meet with your private guide to enjoy a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Palermo.

The capital of Sicily – Palermo – has been a crossroads for cultures and civilizations for 8 millennia. Together with your private guide, you visit the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel.

Then you walk along Villa Bonanno to the Cathedral in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, just to admire the exterior; continue along Vittorio Emanuele to the imposing Four Corners. Then on to the Tuscan fountain in Piazza Pretoria and just behind it see two splendid Arabo-Norman churches, La Martorana and San Cataldo.

After the tour, you return to the hotel. You have rest of the day free to enjoy Palermo on your own. Dinner is included

Day 12 (June 10): Full Day Tour to Segesta and Erice
Meet with your private guide-driver and embark on a day tour to the Segest1, with its best-preserved Doric Temple, and the unforgettable medieval hilltop town of Erice.

Segesta once has been the most important regional town and trading center, and now it treasures two Classical monuments which you visit: the Temple of Segesta and the Greek theatre.

Then we proceed to Erice, a wonderfully preserved town offering the most breathtaking views and a palpable sense of history. Together with your guide you discover the city’s treasures. Erice boasts 60 churches, some dating back to the early 1300’s, and two incredible castles, Pepoli Castle and Venus Castle.

During the tour of Erice you visit the Chiesa Matrice church.

After the tour, we return to Palermo to your hotel. Lunch is included

Day 13 (June 11): Departure Home
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Palermo. Transfer to the airport is included.
